As early as 2030, Maverick and Central Square and assets like MBTA Stations, Piers Park, and waterfront and housing authority properties will experience extreme storm flooding due to climate change. Through the ClimateCARE program, NOAH (Neighborhood of Affordable Housing) is taking action to get East Boston ready.
